Crusaders News · Rogue River Multi Team Meet

Congratulations to the Crusader Boys and Girls T&F teams for their first place finishes at the seven team meet at Rogue River High School. The boys scored 154 points to handily defeat second place Bandon (100.5). The girls team outscored Bandon 149-147.

It was quite a good day for both squads in all event groups. The boys and girls set or broke 40 Personal Records or Season Records. The teams combined for an impressive thirteen first place finishes. Even more impressive was the two 3A state leading marks that were set by the boys 4x100m relay (Wyant, Walker, Bennion, & Hadley) and Jensyn Ford in the girls 800m.
Today’s 3A state leading mark for Jensyn gives her the best times in the 400m and 800m. Crusader girls find themselves atop the best 3A marks list in three other events (Pole Vault = Mackenzie Walker; 4×100 Relay; and 4×400 Relay).
